Ongoing Planning
November 18, '04 Update
On 11/17, the FUS Board discussed four
planning priorities that were identified by the Board on 11/7.
These interrelated priorities for the next year or two are:
· Aligning FUS activities with our values
· Infusing stewardship into FUS culture
· Improving FUS facilities
· Increasing the prominence of Unitarian Universalism.
For each of the four priorities, the Board identified goals, responsibilities, target dates, and indicators of progress. In preparation for the 1/19/05 Board meeting, at-large trustees and corresponding council chairs will review the fit between these priorities and council plans. Resulting modifications or supplements to council charters will help guide council efforts and support, as well as ongoing Board planning and implementation.
