A new summary of preservation and building project finances (format) based on what was used at the last Parish Meeting; thorough review of budget figures; review of capital campaign details; bankers positive so far about how far we have come in this process; fund raising update by Laurie and consideration of doing several stages of fund raising at once rather than dragging it out through 2008; operating budget has a slight surplus due to early revenue amounts over the summer
