The group “sits” at each meeting and includes discussions related to the practice and it’s relation to our lives. 1st & 3rd Tuesday evenings - New Meditation Group - 2nd Wednesdays:
This is an evolving group in which meditation is a strong component.
Family centered groups
Parenting through Shared Wisdom The group is composed of parents with young children. Participants take turns choosing meeting topics. The children (and a babysitter) are nearby during gatherings.
2nd Sunday afternoon at FUS
- Parents and Kids: A group composed mostly of
parents with children ages 5-12. The children are nearby (in a playroom)
during gatherings.
Saturday evening once a month, including a pot luck dinner.
