Human Rights

"There is enough in the world for everyone's need, but not enough for everyone's greed." - Mahatma Gandhi

"Human progress never rolls in on the wheels of inevitability; it comes through the tireless efforts of [people] willing to be co-workers with God." - Dr. Martin Luther King

The Human Rights Initiative will host the Guest at Your Table Program this year and will help bring a representative from the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee to Madison for a Peace and Justice Event.

We will also continue in our financial support for the  Kendu Bay Scholarship Program by sponsoring a student named Hazel who is an orphan of the AIDS crisis in Kenya. Click here to learn more.

If you are interested in participating in this initiative please contact us! We would love to have you share your great ideas and energy!
